Two Projects Honored by APWA Texas

Two Freese and Nichols projects received Project of the Year Awards from the Texas Chapter of the American Public Works Association at its annual conference in Frisco in June. Our very own Spencer Maxwell also received the President’s Award for excelling in his role within the chapter this year.
