CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER AND CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

As Chief Strategy Officer, Cindy Milrany leads strategic planning and continuous improvement, including defining our goals and focus areas and implementing employee ideas. These ongoing efforts have transformed the way Freese and Nichols operates and delivers, leading to increased satisfaction among clients and employees and resulting in Freese and Nichols receiving the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Cindy now helps cities and school districts pursue performance excellence in their own organizations. She also oversees Freese and Nichols’ Marketing and Business Technology corporate groups.

Cindy joined Freese and Nichols in 1984 and was named the company’s first Chief Financial Officer in 1994. She held the position for 30 years. As CFO, she oversaw the company’s financial activities and customer-focused systems and managed all corporate functions except human resources. Cindy’s extensive community involvement includes serving as a board member for the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth (which she previously chaired) and The Women’s Center of Tarrant County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Christian University.
