Freese and Nichols OKC Office Assists School Supply Collection
Freese and Nichols is pleased to partner with the “We Are Oklahoma Initiative” to help make sure Oklahoma kids have the supplies they need for school this fall.
Our Oklahoma City office at 6303 N. Portland Ave., Suite 100, is serving as a collection center for donated school supplies through the “Pencils from Protractors” program. Members of the public can drop off supplies in a clearly designated box located inside our front door from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday through Aug. 3. In compliance with Oklahoma City’s public health ordinance, masks are required inside the building.
Donations will be distributed to public schools in need. School supplies cost an average of $685 per household, and more families are expected to seek help this year because of the economic downturn tied to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Supporting our neighbors and their families is integral to Freese and Nichols’ commitment to the communities where we live and work. With 35 employees in offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, we’re devoted to improving the lives of all Oklahomans through our project partnerships with cities and state agencies, as well as through our volunteer work with local schools, churches, universities, community groups and charitable organizations.
