Freese and Nichols Expands Transportation Team

Freese and Nichols is expanding its transportation expertise with the recent addition of four transportation engineers. Their expertise ranges from roadway and bridge construction to utility coordination and public involvement. These new team members are helping communities tackle various transportation challenges with innovative solutions.

Anthony Alrobaire, PE
Senior Project Manager, Austin, TX

Anthony has worked in all areas of civil engineering. His extensive expertise includes highways and bridges, road design, construction and inspection, bridge design, permanent highway signing and traffic control. Anthony joins Freese and Nichols with nearly three decades of experience. He excels in quality assurance and resolving technical issues with innovative thinking. Anthony recently retired from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Brock Crenek, PE
Senior Project Manager, Pearland, TX

Brock comes to Freese and Nichols with 27 years of experience working on private and public infrastructure projects. Brock’s expertise includes highway and roadway design, utility relocation, traffic control, water and wastewater line design and project management. He also assists with project development, grant applications, budgeting, scheduling and construction management. Brock is a registered PE in Texas and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Rebecca Hardwick, PE
Project Manager, Dallas, TX

Rebecca is an experienced transportation design engineer with a strong background in designing water and wastewater pipelines, storm sewer systems, roadway alignments, erosion control, grading, and traffic control plans. She also has expertise in construction phase services and utility coordination. Rebecca is a registered PE in Texas and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Victoria Valdez, PE
Project Manager, Austin, TX

Victoria has more than a decade of experience in roadway and highway design and project management. Victoria’s career is marked by her dedication to improving infrastructure and her ability to design and lead complex projects. She is a registered PE in Texas and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
