Freese and Nichols‘ deep history in West Texas dates to 1895, when founder John Hawley provided water system engineering to the City of El Paso. Today, we plan, design, and manage infrastructure projects from two dozen offices across the southern United States, and we are the first engineering/architecture firm to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
