Ed Dickson Joins Freese and Nichols’ Stormwater Team
We are pleased to welcome our new Stormwater hires, Ed Dickson and Jim Keith, who will bolster our ability to support a variety of municipalities, water districts and complex projects.
Ed, who is based in our new Charlotte office, is a water resources and stormwater engineer and nationally recognized for his floodplain mapping work. His specialization is in watershed-based H&H analysis, mapping and reviews for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood studies across the United States. He also has extensive experience in using the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS computer programs. Ed will collaborate with other members of our North Carolina team in Raleigh and Greensboro as opportunities arise and with our water resources and stormwater staff across the firm.

We’ve also recently hired Jim Keith a stormwater manager based in our Dallas office. He has national-level proficiency in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), expertise in water resources planning and design, and two decades of technical and managerial experience.
