Candice Scale Added as Georgia Account Director
Freese and Nichols expands its client services team with the addition of Candice Scale as Georgia Account Director. Candice has experience supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and other Department of Defense organizations in asset management and will lead our local and regional business development and client relationship management in Atlanta and the Southeast by identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, and coordinating client activities and strategies.
Working with clients such as the City of Atlanta, USACE Savannah, USACE Fort Worth and others, Candice has spent more than 14 years in strategic development roles in state, local, federal and defense markets. She has extensive experience in related work such as GIS analysis, asset management, system documentation and accreditation, and technical writing, including experience providing asset management for more than 400 defense sites in Iraq and Afghanistan while serving U.S. Army Central Command.

Candice received a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a Minor in Geographic Information Systems from Georgia Southern University. She is currently Vice President and Programs Committee Chair for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Atlanta Post, a member of the SAME Panama City and Robins AFB Posts, and Chair of the Membership Committee for the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP).
