We're committed to the best interests of our employees, our clients, and communities alike.
Investing in Our Communities
Freese and Nichols has been deeply rooted in the local communities in which we live since the beginning of our firm. We know and serve our clients well by living and working in the communities in which we serve. Our teams routinely volunteer resources, time and money to local, regional, and state organizations that help make our world a better place.
Empowering Employees
It’s important to us to give back to the communities where we live and work. We help employees give back to the causes they’re passionate about, from teaching children about the value of water to collecting teddy bears for a local women’s center to delivering meals to elderly. In one year alone, 102 Freese and Nichols employees donated more than 8,600 hours to 200+ organizations.
Supporting Our Professions
We also believe in assisting our professional consulting industry and look for ways to promote programs that enhance engineering, architecture, planning and other technical careers. This also extends to investing our own employees to serve on local, state and national boards that shape our industry today.
