Freese and Nichols Grows Denver Office with New Hires
Freese and Nichols is expanding our Denver office by hiring Colby Baxter, Caley Feemster and Max Napolitano. All three will bring diverse backgrounds, skills and experiences to our water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Colby Baxter, PE joins the team as an engineer with experience designing pipeline systems for potable and raw water. In his previous role, he designed and provided oversight of new and rehabilitated pipeline projects, ensuring quality and completion from the alignment phase to construction. Colby holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and manufacturing systems engineering from Louisiana State University.
Caley Feemster joins our team as a GIS analyst. Caley’s recent role as an Atmospheric Scientist involved significant contributions to the CLIMRR (Climate Risk & Resilience) Portal project in collaboration with AT&T and FEMA. They processed AI-simulated flood depths and used statistical analysis methods to map storm surge risks. Caley holds a master’s in geography with a concentration in geographic information systems from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s in atmospheric/environmental science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Max Napolitano joins our team as a water/wastewater engineer with experience designing, evaluating and planning water and wastewater systems. Previously, he specialized in hydraulic analysis, regulatory assistance and technical report preparation. Max holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Maryland.
